Before You Book.
Is this the same as getting a will?
No — and that's on purpose. A will is a legal document; we organize everything else a will doesn't cover: your accounts, photos, passwords' locations, and personal instructions. We'll point you to BMA's free will tools, or a licensed attorney, for the legal document itself.
What if I don't finish everything in one call?
That's normal. Most families need one or two follow-up conversations. We stay with you until your binder feels complete.
Who actually holds my information?
You do. Your finished binder is handed to you and to the person you choose to trust with it — not stored permanently on our systems.
Can I update it later?
Yes — that's exactly what the Annual Update is for. Life changes, and your binder should change with it.
